What we are doing in response to COVID-19

PARRY BEACH BREAKS AND COVID19

We have been working with a number of people wishing to cancel or defer their bookings due to government regulations.

To ensure we are most actively addressing  these requirements please read this list of modifications to our procedures to ensure your utmost convenience and safety:

 

Current bookings wishing to delay or cancel

IF your  cancellation is more than 90 days before your stay a full refund will be given.

If your cancellation is less than 90 days but more than 30 days out from your booking our current cancellation criteria apply where you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $250 booking and processing fee.

If your cancellation is within the 30 day period, we will not charge you the full amount of your stay as required under our conditions. We will hold your deposit to go towards an alternative booking anytime within a 12 month period from your current booking. If you wish to cancel rather than defer your booking, your deposit can not be refunded.

 

Future reservations

We are going to build in a 24 hour 'no occupancy’ gap between all future reservations. Again, this gives our cleaning staff more time for thorough disinfecting and removes any potential risk of the virus being passed from one reservation to the next.

 

Weddings 2020

Due to the high demand for wedding venues once restrictions are lifted we are now taking additional wedding bookings from (eg Sept). To discover our remaining dates for 2020 please email weddings@parrybeachbreaks.com.au
In the event your wedding needs to postponed due to government restrictions we will:

  • Move your wedding to an available next year
  • Your balance will be altered to be due 90 days before your new wedding date
  • We will retain your deposit.
  • We have moved our competition closing date to Christmas Eve 2020, the prize will be drawn at 5pm.

 

We understand this is an unsettling time for everyone, particularly those with travel plans. However, rest assured we will keep all our guests and customers fully updated with any changes to the situation here in Western Australia and at Parry Beach Breaks.
