Can I stay for one night?
We do not offer one night stays. We have a minimum of two night stays.
We have a minimum stay of four nights over Easter, and five nights over Christmas and New Year.
What payment options are there?
We accept visa, mastercard and debit cards. There is a 1.5% surcharge on credit cards. Direct Transfer is also available.
What time is check in / check out?
Early Check-In: Check-in earlier than 3pm may be available by prior arrangement, please enquire. Any early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed and Parry Beach Breaks reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Guideline costs are: 50% of nightly rate if checking-in earlier than 1pm and AUD150 if checking-in between 1pm and 3pm.
Departure is strictly before 10am unless prior arranged. Departure means the house is vacant and cleared of all your belongings, Parry Beach Breaks will not clean around belongings and/or guests.
Unauthorised late departure: Failure to depart the property without prior arrangement with Parry Beach Breaks, may incur additional charges. These may include additional staff or cleaning costs including waiting time and will be deducted from the credit card held on file in reference to your booking.
Authorised late check-out: If you are unable to leave by 10am or wish to request a late check out, it is essential to contact Parry Beach Breaks 48 hours prior to your departure time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, as we have tight turnaround times for housekeeping it may not be possible especially during high season, Parry Beach Breaks reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Guideline costs: 50% of nightly rate if checking-out later than 12pm and AUD150 if checking-out between 10am and 12pm.
Do we take deposits for reservations?
A deposit of 100% is required to secure your reservation if your reservation is less than 5 days.
A deposit of 50% is to be made if your reservation is 5 days or longer and your reservation is made 90 days plus prior to your stay.
We do not take part payments of deposits.
Can you put holds on the beach houses until we decide to make a reservation?
Due to the popularity of our accommodation we are unable to put holds on them. We do take deposits of 50% for stays of 5 days or longer if the reservation is made over 90 days prior.
We do not offer part payments of deposits.
Can we reduce the number of guests during a stay?
No - the original number of guests will be charged for the entire stay.
If your number of guests reduces please notify us prior to arrival otherwise you will be charged according to the occupancy stated on your confirmation.
Can I have a gathering/party in my Beach House?
We ask our guests to Abide by our NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS policy (this includes guests from other beach houses on the property) Apply for approval in writing for any functions or events to be held at the Property. Parry Beach Breaks to grant or deny such approval in writing along with any applicable special rules, costs and policies. Please be courteous to and mindful of neighbours and adopt a no nuisance policy and at all times. Should you be found to be having a party, being excessively noisy, or causing a nuisance or annoyance to Parry Beach Breaks, other guests or any neighbours; you agree to pay any applicable fines (whether issued by Police, Council or Parry Beach Breaks), callout and/or Noise Control costs plus any other costs associated with your behaviour or to make good the Property. If you, your guests or your invitees behave in a manner that invokes complaints from neighbours; Parry Beach Breaks, at its sole discretion, may evict you, your guests and your invitees and deny further access to the Property. Any remaining nights booked will be cancelled and all accommodation costs already paid forfeited.

Can I bring my dog?
As we are situated within a National Park, domestic animals are not permitted.
Do you have free Wi-Fi and cable TV?
We do not provide free Wi-Fi, however there is coverage in the area if you wish to bring your own devices.
We do not have cable TV - we are a complete getaway from anything urban and an entry into a coastal escape, we recommend that you disconnect to reconnect.
Do you have mobile coverage?
Yes we do have mobile coverage - all carriers.
Do you have air-con?
Lands End and Harbour Hill villas both have split air-conditioning units.
Kudetah and Shangri La have ceiling fans and the villas have been designed to make the most of the natural summer breeze.
Denmark has an average daytime temperature of 25 degrees Celsius (approx.) in summer and 16 degrees Celsius (approx) in winter.
Do you provide fire wood?
Yes we do! We also provide some fire lighters and matches to start you off, but please be sure to stock up when you shop for your supplies!
Do you charge for children?
As per our policy, children under 1 year stay free if using a portacot and not using an additional bedroom.
Shangri La and Kudetah
*Our quoted rates are per night for two people twin share plus an additional $30 per extra guest/child per night twin share please notify us if you need single rooms there is an upgrade fee of $60 per extra bedroom. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Harbour Hill and Lands End
*Our quoted rates are per night for two people twin share plus an additional $35 per extra guest/child per night twin share please notify us if you need single rooms there is an upgrade fee of $70 per extra bedroom. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Do we need to bring our own portacot/high chair?
For your convenience we provide complimentary use of cots and high chairs (based upon availability). Please notify us prior to arrival if you need one.
How far is it to walk to the beach?
It is a 1.5km walk by track or a 3km walk by road.
Do you provide linen?
Yes we provide linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is an extra charge for linen if you use an extra bed/linen that is not included in your rate. See our Guest Policy for fees.
Do you have a coffee maker?
We don't, however we encourage you to bring yours with you if you can't live without it.
Are there bikes at the property?
No, however we encourage you to bring your own bike
Do you allow camping on the property?
There is no camping on the property allowed. Kudetah & Shangri-La cannot exceed 6 guests and Lands End & Harbour Hill cannot exceed 8 guests.
Campervans are also not permitted for use on the property, however we do have campervan parking available should you wish to spend a couple of nights out of your camper!
What if I want to cancel reservation?
CANCELLATION POLICY AND POSTPONING RESERVATIONS
As Parry Beach Breaks is privately owned, late cancellations have a significant impact on our business.
All cancellation and/or amendment requests must be received in writing via email. Parry Beach Breaks will acknowledge and confirm receipt of all amendments and cancellations by return email.
Reservations cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival any money previously paid is refunded in full
Reservations cancelled between 90 and 30 days of arrival regardless of the reason for cancellation a cancellation fee of 25% of the total accommodation cost applies - this equates to 50% of the deposit and is deducted from the deposit. Any refunds due will only be refunded to the credit card used to pay the deposit or alternatively, by bank transfer if the deposit was paid by bank transfer.
If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of check-in, the full booking tariff will be incurred and no refund issued. Any unused nights are considered a no-show or a last-minute cancellation and are non-refundable. No refunds will be given if a guest vacates the property early.
Date changes/credits within 30 days of your reservation are considered a cancellation.
Credits are not available.
A request to decrease the number of nights of stay is considered a cancellation of those nights now not staying.
Should you wish to amend your booking; please contact us as soon as possible, in writing, so we may accommodate your request. Changes are at Parry Beach Breaks discretion and due to availability and time of year may not always be possible. Parry Beach Breaks reserves the right to charge an administration fee of AUD75-AUD250+GST to amend an existing booking.
Amendments must be received in writing 30 days prior to the original check-in dates and means: a change of check-in date (must be completed within one year of the original booking’s check-in date), a change to the number of guests, the addition/cancellation of extras in the way of baby gear or a change in the bed configuration selected at the time of confirmation.
A guest may transfer and amend booking dates subject to the following conditions:
We receive the request in writing and more than 30 days prior to check-in;
You pay any/the balance owing on the original booking prior to the booking being amended;
Parry Beach Breaks cannot guarantee availability for your alternative requested dates;
Parry Beach Breaks cannot guarantee the same overnight rate for your alternative requested dates of stay;
If the new booking value is of a higher value to the original booking you will be required to pay the difference at the time the balance of payment would normally be due ie 30 days prior to the new check-in date;
If the new booking value is less than the original booking, no refund will be given;
Any amount previously paid towards the original booking will be credited against the new booking;
New dates must be notified, and availability and rates confirmed at the time of transfer;
A change of date is only permitted once, thereafter if you require dates to be changed, the request will be treated as a cancellation.
If a request to change the date of check-in is received within 30 days of the booking’s check-in date, this will be considered a cancellation.
GUEST TRAVEL INSURANCE & LIABILITY
Parry Beach Breaks highly recommends guests carry Travel Insurance to protect against unforeseen and unexpected changes to travel plans which may cause booking cancellation and/or amendments and to protect the Lead Guest against any charges and costs associated with any damage done to and/or any breakages suffered to the property. Parry Beach Breaks will make every effort to provide you with any documentation required for a travel insurance claim.
