A minimum 2-night stay applies and a minimum 4-night stay applies during the festive period.
Sun-Thur AUD $300 per night for two people in one bedroom.
Fri-Sat $370 per night for two people in one bedroom.
Add $80 per night per extra bedroom.

A minimum 2-night stays over the weekend and a minimum 4-night stay applies during the festive periods.
Sun-Thur AUD $400 per night for two people in one bedroom
Fri- Sat AUD $470 per night for two people in one bedroom.
Add $80 per night per extra bedroom.
GUEST POLICY
The Residence is exclusively yours for your stay. Our rates are per bedroom and for a maximum of two guest per bedroom only, upgrade fees apply for extra guests/bedrooms. Guest occupancy includes children. Whilst children under 1 year stay free you can not exceed the occupancy of the Residence.
The property is an exclusive and private property and the facilities are for PBB guests only. For the avoidance of doubt, where more than one Residence is specified in the Agreement or is otherwise hired by a Client or a person known to the client, guests occupying one Residence may not be present at another Residence.
We request that any of these occasions happen off-site. The Denmark region boasts a number of restaurants that accomodate bookings for groups greater than six and we would be delighted to provide a list of these celebrated venues.

CAN I STAY FOR ONE NIGHT?
We do not offer one night stays. We have a minimum of two night stays.
DO YOU SUPPLY BBQS?
Regretfully we can not supply BBQS, each residence has a fully equipped kitchen for your use.
CAN WE BOOK THE WHOLE PROPERTY AND SOCIALISE AND EAT IN ONE RESIDENCE?
We do not accept group bookings. Parry Beach Breaks is not a party property. You can not be present in one residence if you have booked another residence. If the number of guests exceeds the occupancy of any residence fees will apply.
DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?
As we are situated within a National Park, domestic animals are not permitted.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
We do have free WIFI available for at the Residences.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR CHILDREN?
As per our policy, children under 1 year stay free if using a portacot.
